代金の支払方法・時期

代金のお支払いは、クレジットカード決済、キャリア決済、コンビニ決済・Pay-easy、AmazonPay、PayPal、銀行振込（前払い） がご利用いただけます。
※代金決済後のお客様のご都合によるキャンセルは不可とさせていただいております。
AmazonPay and PayPal are available for payment from outside Japan. Credit cards issued outside of Japan cannot be used for payment.

商品のお届け時期

原則として代金決済の確認から５営業日以内に発送いたします。例外的にお待ちいただく必要がある場合は、個別にメールにてご連絡をいたします。
As a general rule, we ship within 5 business days after confirming payment. In exceptional cases where customers need to wait, we will contact them individually by e-mail.

返品について

商品到着後速やかに内容物をご確認ください。不良品またはご注文と異なる商品が到着し、8日以内にご連絡をいただいた場合に限り返品・交換を受け付けます。いただいたご連絡にはメールにて返信いたしますので、迷惑メールに分類されないよう必ず @bananamoon.jp からのメール受信を許可する設定にしていただくようお願いいたします。

We will accept returns or exchanges only if we are notified within 8 days of the arrival of defective or incorrectly ordered items.
